Hey, I'm Glenn Crabtree! 

Bio: I began my professional journey with United Parcel Service (UPS), managing multiple package and delivery operations over a 16-year career. My drive for financial independence and a passion for building wealth led me to invest in real estate after reading the life-changing book Rich Dad Poor Dad. These investments enabled me to exit UPS with financial security, setting the stage for the next chapter of my career.

In 1999, I transitioned to the in-home insurance sales industry, where I found my true calling: helping families secure their futures through final expense plans and policies. As the President, CEO, and founder of ORCA Life, I have built an organization dedicated to serving families with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

At ORCA Life, we pride ourselves on being a “serve-at-all-cost” organization. Our agents connect personally with clients, assisting them in navigating the challenging decisions surrounding funeral and burial costs. Our mission is to ensure that no family is left bearing the burden of these expenses.

Drawing on my extensive experience in leadership, real estate, and client services, I focus on empowering our agents and fostering a culture of success. I believe in leading alongside our team, offering unwavering support, and building strong relationships that benefit everyone involved.

Personally, I am grounded by my family and inspired by my wife, who has worked tirelessly to create a loving and welcoming home.
