Bio: Owner of a $200 million dollar annual sales insurance agency, that has thousands of agents getting paid annually. I have not only sold insurance at a high level, after starting out with the same struggles most agents have, but I've personally recruited, hired and trained thousands of agents since 2012. I spend a lot of time coaching and training agency managers and companies on how to implement systems and strategies that help them grow their agent base, help their agents become more profitable and see exponential growth of their team.
