Bio: Randy has been one of the top insurance agents in the country the past 21 years with the largest captive Insurance agency in the country. With his background as a former teacher and championship wrestling coach he brings a common sense simple approach to business that focuses on sales processes that drive large life production, medicare sales and huge annuity sales using tools he has created to drive success and production at the Million Dollar Round Table, 21 years in a row in a town of only 3000 people.

When Randy isn't in the office or in a wrestling room, you will find him heading up the trail on horseback enjoying the great mountains of Yellowstone National Park and the surrounding areas of Jackson Hole. He has created a uniques slaes process called "Stairs and Buckets" that can transform brand new agents into huge producers in a short period of time and has personally helped over 2900 agents hit between a $100,000 and $1,000,000 dollars in personal production using his tools.
