Hey, I'm Tony Holland!

Bio: Tony Holland, Managing Partner of Integrity Marketing Group, for over 30 years has been instrumental in growing numerous multibillion-dollar companies through extensive distribution channels across the life, health, and wealth spaces, including Bravo, Oak Street, and Cigna Medicare.

Tony originates from humble beginnings, growing up in the railroad town of Brunswick, MD. Shortly after graduating from the Johns Hopkins University as a pre-medical student — as he was living out of his van while bartending and waiting tables — Tony was introduced to the insurance industry by a friend. His bold decision to switch careers was soon prosperous when he became a top-producing insurance Sales Agent, setting numerous sales records over multiple years in the industry!

Tony used his entrepreneurial gifts to found top Independent Marketing Organizations. In February of 2022, Tony's IMOs were acquired, and he was granted the opportunity to be a Managing Partner of Integrity Marketing Group – the world's largest advanced insurance technology company. He was also awarded the prestigious Deal Maker of the Year award in August of 2022 and became a partner in the Private Equity firm "Unity Partners” out of Dallas, TX.  Tony was also just named to the Advisory Board and Partner with Skypoint AI, Tabor AI, and Insurance Copilot. 

Tony is a devoted husband and father, passionate about giving back to his community, and has spent many years coaching high school and youth football, being a 13x championship winner including 5 State. Tony is also involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors, as his greatest passion is making a positive impact and difference in the world.

Tony's mission is to help as many insurance entrepreneurs as possible reach 8-9-figures through the extraordinary technologies and opportunities that Integrity offers while also assisting them in becoming our next partner. Tony's experience, knowledge, and strategies have created generational wealth and strong legacies for each partner and their families.
